Get ready for another exciting reveal from Samsung Galaxy, as recent leaks present fresh high-res images of two pairs of Galaxy Buds and two Galaxy Watch models. These images were shared by Evan Blass, a well-known tech leaker, on X (formerly known as Twitter).
While these leaks offer no new information about the products, they do confirm details previously rumored, and underscore the influence Apple has had on Samsung's product development.
In fact, as highlighted by 9To5Google, Samsung appears to have taken inspiration from its tech rival, especially in the design of the Galaxy Buds 3, which bear a striking resemblance to AirPods.
The Galaxy Buds 3, with their open design, monochrome body, and extended stem, do indeed look remarkably similar to AirPods. They do, however, have their own unique features, including a black divider down the stem and blue and orange accents at the bottom, which indicate which bud is for the left and right ear.
In contrast, the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro remains true to a more traditional design, reportedly retaining the silicone tip of previous models.
Resemblance in Wearables
The leaked images also show that the Galaxy Watch Ultra shares certain design traits with the Apple Watch Ultra 2. Its square-shaped watch face, prominent side button with orange accent, and new band attachment system closely mirrors those of the Apple Watch Ultra 2.
Even the vibrant orange, ribbed wristband appears to reflect the style popularized by Apple. However, the watch face of the Samsung device tends to be rounder, which gives it a somewhat unique aesthetic.
Following the example of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, the Galaxy Watch 7 keeps close to the design of the Galaxy Watch 6, maintaining the round watch face and reintroducing silver as a color option. However, it does also feature a new olive green color scheme, along with blue and orange accents, which differentiate it from its predecessor.
With Samsung's next Unpacked event slated for July 10, enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating the official unveiling of these wearables and earbuds, as well as the much-awaited Galaxy Ring. Tech enthusiasts and Samsung fans should definitely turn in to watch the event.
